Important Notice to All Electronic Filers - All electronic filings "shall be filed in a format capable of being electronically searched." See In re Amendments to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.520, 161 So. 3d 1254 (Fla. 2015).
Administrative Order 2014-1: A party requesting emergency treatment for any motion, appeal, or petition shall file a separate document entitled "Request for Emergency Treatment."
