DEGREES: Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa, B.A., Business Administration, 1958; University of Notre Dame, LL.B., 1962, converted to J.D. Degree, 1967. LEGAL OFFICES & POSITIONS: Judge, District Court of Appeal, Fourth District, 1981-2001. Chief Judge-July 1993-1995. From 1962-71, he practiced with the firm of Miller, Cone, Owen, Wagner& Nugent. In 1971, he formed the law firm of John W. Dell, P.A., later known as Dell & Casey, P.A. Supreme Court Committee on Standards of Conduct Governing Judges, 1983, Chair, 1986-87. Conference of Appellate Judges Committee on Statistics and Workload, 1986-87; President-Elect, Florida Conference of District Court ofAppeal Judges and Chair of its Education Committee, 1992-93; President, 1993.
