RECENT OPINIONS AND PCA'S

Here you will find those opinions released by the court. Because we release opinions weekly, the contents of the Opinions section will change from week to week. Hard copies of our opinions may be obtained from the Clerk of the Fourth District Court of Appeal upon payment of the fees for reproduction. They are also available for reading in the court's Library.

These decisions are not final until any timely filed motion for rehearing is considered and disposed of by the Court.
