Electronic Filing Information
Electronic Filing at the Fourth District Court of Appeal
Electronic filing at the Fourth District Court of Appeal combines the best of two systems: the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal (the "Portal") and eDCA. Use of the Portal will allow e-filers to electronically serve when they file and to submit multiple documents at a time. Electronic payments of filing fees are also accepted through the Portal. eDCA is the Fourth DCA's method for electronic service of acknowledgment letters, orders, opinions, mandates, and other outgoing filings. It also serves as the court's e-filing system docket, where attorneys and parties to a case can view the electronic record and other documents.
